1. Who we are
The Luxury Tour (“we”, “us”) runs this website and the Instagram account @theluxurytour.ai. You can reach us at theluxurytourai@gmail.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. The product
We sell AI-generated cinematic property videos as a digital product. After you pay, you upload photos of your property (a villa, home, apartment, yacht or private jet). You then receive a finished vertical video file (MP4) by download link to the email address you give us.
- 1 video: delivered within 24 hours of your complete photo upload.
- 3 videos: delivered within 48 hours of your complete upload.
- 15 videos: delivered in batches over about 7 days.
We accept a limited number of orders each day. If the day's limit is reached, your order is scheduled for the next available day, and your delivery time starts then. You can cancel for a full refund instead.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on our website and may change at any time. Changes never affect an order you've already paid for. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your full card details.
Discount codes (such as FIRST10) are valid for one first order per customer, can't be combined with other offers, and may end at any time without notice.
4. Your photos
- By uploading photos, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they don't break anyone else's rights.
- You let us use your photos only to make your video.
- Photos must show the property only, with no people or faces. We may refuse photos that are illegal, offensive or show people. In that case, we'll ask for new photos or refund you.
- The quality of your video depends on the quality of your photos. We recommend 4–6 sharp, well-lit photos of 1080p or more.
5. AI-generated content
Your video is created with artificial intelligence, directed and checked by us. We aim to keep your property true to your photos and don't add features that aren't there. Because it is AI-generated, small details such as reflections, textures or movement may look slightly different from real life. The video is a visual presentation, not an exact survey of the property. If you use it to advertise a property for sale or rent, it's your responsibility to follow local advertising rules. That includes saying the video is AI-generated where the rules require it.
6. Revisions
Each video includes one small revision, such as a different music track, text or ending. Full remakes, new photos after delivery and major changes aren't included. We can quote for them separately.
7. Using your video
Once your order is paid and delivered, you may use the video for any lawful purpose, including social media, property listings and advertising for that property. Please don't resell the video as a stock file or claim you made it yourself.
We will not post your video or photos on our own channels unless you give us permission.
8. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund policy, including the 24-hour guarantee.
9. Limit of liability
We do our best to deliver great work on time. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales or missed bookings.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
