- Payment details: these are handled by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To make your video and deliver it to you.
- To answer your questions, handle revisions and process refunds.
- To keep basic records of orders, as the law requires.
We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
We only use trusted services to run the business:
- Dodo Payments: checkout and payments.
- Tally: the photo upload form.
- Google (Gmail and Drive): email and delivering your video by download link.
- AI video tools: your photos are processed by AI software to create your video.
- Our web hosting provider: hosting this website.
These services process your data only to provide their service. They may store it in countries outside the UAE.
Your photos and video
We use your photos only to make your video. We don't post your photos or video on our website or social media without your permission. We delete your photos 30 days after delivery, and we keep a copy of your video for 30 days in case you need it again.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email theluxurytourai@gmail.com and we'll reply within 7 days. Order records we must keep by law are kept only for as long as the law requires.
Security
We use services with secure (encrypted) connections and keep access to your files limited to us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
